Bahraini payments company taps SmartVista for e-payments, ATM acquiring

International Payment Services BSC has signed an agreement with BPC Banking Technologies for the payment processing platform SmartVista for financial institutions.

IPS, a Bahrain-based payment services provider, will use SmartVista as a single-platform solution for core business activities that include formulating electronic payment solutions for various businesses; ensuring that solutions offer high standards and competitive prices; handling credit and debit card issuing services; and managing ATM acquiring business, a press release said.

With SmartVista IPS will gain integrated capability for authorization and switching, fraud monitoring and risk management, disputes and chargeback handling, ATM management and more, BPS said.
